Business Development Director
Having obtained my Economics degree at the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, I currently work as a business consultant for a multinational firm. My focus lies mainly in creating innovative solutions to overcome discontinuities within the social and cultural spheres. I intend to apply my experience in global markets and project management to broaden and facilitate access to the art market for a wider public.
A Fine Arts honours graduate of the Glasgow School of Art, during my years of academic training I developed a zeal for the histories of collecting and a lifelong dedication to supporting contemporary art. Since then I have worked as an arts journalist, curator and practicing artist between the UK and Spain. This versatile engagement within the artistic community has made it possible for me to forge an invaluable insight at the time of spotting strong emerging practices.
Graduated in Art History at the Complutense University of Madrid, I also hold an MA in Culture, Criticism and Curation at the University of the Arts London. I have worked in the contemporary art field as an independent curator, critic and assistant in museums and art galleries in the UK and Spain. Within these practices I am particularly interested in the development of artistic channels in social media as well as the promotion of emerging practices in the art industry.
